Mark Horton

Mark Horton is CEO of MRO Analytics Ltd, a UK-based risk and reliability management organisation.

Mark Horton

Mark Horton was CEO of Information Science Consultants Ltd (ISC), a UK-based organisation which specialises the management of risk and the application of reliability-centred methods.

He was closely involved with the development of the UK Royal Navy’s RCM capability, and ISC’s RCM-based maintenance system is in use today by almost the entire UK Naval fleet. ISC was acquired in 2007 by BAe Systems plc.

Since 1991 he has helped to implement Reliability-centred Maintenance methods in the defence, chemical, oil and gas, food, manufacturing and other sectors, in locations including the UK, USA, Canada, Europe and the Gulf states.

Mark continues to develop and apply RCM concepts in a wide range of fields. As the originator of the Reliability-centred Spares methodology (RCS), he has a special interest in using RCM principles to ensure that critical spares are in the right place at the right time.

Nancy Regan

Nancy Regan

Nancy is founder of RCMTrainingOnline.com and has helped people implement RCM for over 20 years.

Nancy Regan

In 2001 Nancy left her position as RCM Team Leader for Common Support at NAWCAD Lakehurst after falling in love with RCM and the remarkable results it can produce when it’s done right.

Having trained and worked alongside John Moubray for some time, she founded The Force, Inc. to apply it to more diverse equipment with a wide range of clients including the CH-47 Chinook Helicopter.

Nancy's online RCM training course is bringing RCM to clients around the world, and she is in constant demand as a challenging and thoughtful keynote conference speaker. She is the author of The RCM Solution, A Practical Guide to Starting and Maintaining a Successful RCM Program.
